Ah! More ditching of responsibility! *sits on little voice about to speak* *a faint squeak is heard* I'm currently supposed to be doing research for debating on three topics, none of which I have done the preliminary research work for, and I'm actually supposed to UNDERSTAND (feel the disbelief people) so I can make summary sheets and then mail them to my fellow debaters. Of course, we're all meeting tomorrow to discuss this bulk of information and nudge and prod said information to coalesce into a nice base for kicking other debating teams' butts. Ha! As if. (or, if Dana is reading this, then the 'Ha! As if' is actually, 'I'm raring to go', you just read it wrong. Shame on you)

Am currently also feeling guilty for not calling Ayesha, whom I tried this morning but found that her phone was off. Since I don't have her home number, I take it contacting her might be a little hard. So I'll just type whatever here and hope she checks the LJ, and comments on my nice new layout *nudge nudge*.
I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry I didn't call, and I almost never go on MSN, it's funny how I just got that I could have waited on MSN to chat with you. I'm kind of slow. NO COMMENT. I've discovered I have tons of work to do, down with debating! Forget the fact that I was shirking, I shirk a lot. What counts is that I wake up each morning believing that I'm going to start my work, then wasting time until 3 in the morning when I decide to start my work the next day. (Again, if Dana is reading this, the last paragraph is *censored*. Comprende?) I believe I'm free Friday, so here's an idea. What say you, we go to the library@esplanade together, pick up the DVDs (CAN YOU BELIEVE THE NERVE OF THE NATIONAL LIBRARY, NOT CARRYING ROSWELL SEASON TWO???????!!!!!!!!! possibly some other stuff as well, but I can't recall at the moment) and then head back to my place where we will watch said DVDs later in the evening because my computer one day decided that it just didn't want to read DVDs. Now we can only watch them on the projector, and it sucks when there's light out. So we can use my computer to watch other episodes and finally I can burn that disc for you. Whaddya say?

Back to normal LJ. You wouldn't believe the number of things I've managed to avoid doing by now

1. I haven't painted the frames in my room
2. Haven't done any homework
3. Haven't done research
4. Haven't cleared the old exercise books from last year, possibly the year before
5. Haven't organised my stationery or anything else
6. Haven't fixed the books that are falling apart, or that have fallen (VIOLA, I still can't believe you spilt my book in half! You're lucky my brother didn't see that, or he'd have killed me! Which would have caused me to go after you. Kapische?)
7. Haven't done Interscol articles
8. Haven't catalogued crapload of CDs
9. Haven't organised computer files
10. Haven't burned Ayesha's CD
11. Haven't written any more chapters on worked on the premise of my story
12. Haven't unpacked my graphics tablet
    I could go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on......

I win, hands down, on ability to procrastinate. Needless to say, I will be cursing once school starts. Life is stupid.

On the plus side, I did make what I consider to be a nice new avatar, witness the animated GIF that took forever to make. It may not look like much, but I had to fiddle around a lot. Especially at the part where I stuck in all the logos, I couldn't fit it EVERY show I ever felt kind of addicted to.... I even made a nice background and loaded it onto my host site, and inserted the URL in the space provided under customisations... EXCEPT THE BLOODY THING DOESN'T SHOW UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Grr. More grr. Grr multiplied by a million. Nay, infinity. Grr!
